Your challenge as a Help Desk Analyst
As a Help Desk Analyst you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring prompt and efficient problem resolution. You will respond to incoming help desk inquiries from your international colleagues, via our ticketing system in a timely and professional manner. For this you will follow established procedures and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members. In addition, you will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, and software applications. The education of users on system functionalities, best practices, and self-help resources is also an important aspect of this job. You will collaborate with the other members of your international IT Support & Systems team to identify recurring issues and contribute to the development of solutions and process improvements. And of course, you’ll stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments to provide effective technical support.

Who are we?

Job requirements
Your background as a Help Desk Analyst
An MBO or HBO education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);
Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar technical support role;
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus;
Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional support;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
Fluent in both the Dutch and English languages.
