Your challenge as a Powder Coater

As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying high-quality powder coatings to a variety of metal frames and components. You will start by preparing and cleaning materials before operating and maintaining the powder coating equipment. You will then apply the powder coating, where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Quality control is an important part of the role to ensure that all finished products meet our high standards.

No experience as a Powder Coater? No problem! We provide full training and will teach you everything you need to know.

Who are we?

We are Lantech, a healthy and growing international company in the packaging machinery industry. We design, manufacture, and service packaging machines, conveyor modules, and related systems. We have locations in the Netherlands, the United States, Australia, and China. Our customers range from large multinational food manufacturers to local entrepreneurs.

From our Dutch headquarters in Malden, we develop and assemble case and tray handling machines. Together with 250 dedicated colleagues and a strong network of partners, we manage sales and service throughout Europe from this location.

Your background as a Powder Coater

• You are motivated to learn the trade of powder coating.

• You work accurately and pay attention to detail.

• You are physically fit and able to perform standing work.

• You speak Dutch or English.

• You are reliable and keep your commitments.
